A meeting point for the people who make fertility preservation possible — from first consultation to long-term follow-up.

The conference brings together reproductive medicine specialists, oncologists, haematologists, embryologists, geneticists, nurses, researchers and patient advocates from more than five countries across the United States, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

Across two days, a main scientific stage and four focused programmes move from laboratory innovation and clinical technique to the harder questions of access, ethics and continuing care. The meeting is held in person, with AI-assisted translation in the main auditorium.

Built around generous discussion time, the ninth edition is designed for exchange: between disciplines, between generations of practitioners, and between the clinic and the communities it serves.
